The bumper sticker is not true.

I miss the Lumberton North Carolina, American-made Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars I wore for 30 years.

(Converse was purchased by Nike. Chucks are now made in China.)

I miss the smell of my dad’s pipe. I miss the sound of my daughters’ voices in the house.
