Staff, Boards, Commissions, Advisory Committees, many people involved. We&#8217;ve been visited by smart coders, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tooledesign.com\/company\/staff-directory\/ian-lockwood\" target=\"_blank\">enlightened engineers<\/a> and other <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jeffspeck.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">luminaries<\/a>. The gradual transition to a lovely Commons is in process.<br \/>Since electrification at the beginning of the 20th C we&#8217;ve grown accustomed to the overhead infrastructure. The utility poles <a href=\"http:\/\/billemory.com\/blog\/2013\/12\/31\/city-standards-and-design\/\" target=\"_blank\">block our sidewalks<\/a>, the wires divide the <a href=\"http:\/\/billemory.com\/blog\/2010\/02\/07\/sky-junk\/\" target=\"_blank\">sky<\/a>.<br \/>Stormwater and wastewater infrastructure was in the ground.<br \/>But oh, what is this? The water meter has risen! Into a concrete box.
