Over the past 40 years, Waynesboro, like downtowns across the country, changed drastically due to the creation of the interstate highway system and subsequent growth of suburban communities.   1. Too bad Kunstler has to use bad language in his title. It makes him harder to respect, when he does have valuable things to say. Those school comparisons in OK are something.
